• Confirm that your Fresh KDS tablets are connected in each of your Square POS devices.  

  • On Square go to Settings, Printers and verify the Printer Stations are connected to the Fresh KDS devices.  

  • If you show any Disconnected, select the Printer Station and Select Printer and connect to the Fresh KDS listed.  

  • Tap Print Test to send a test to the KDS.
