Roles allow you to assign groups of users permissions in the Fresh Web Dashboard.

⚠️ Roles are solely used for the Fresh web application, these permissions do not transfer when accessing the Fresh KDS app on tablet devices.

By default, an Administrator and Employee Role are automatically created. Other custom roles can be created as needed.

  • Administrator - Level 1; the most access. The administrator role includes global permissions and cannot be deleted.

  • Employee - Level 51; the least access. The employee role acts as a blank template and is fully customizable.

Levels organize roles into a hierarchy. Users can only assign a role equal to or of less access than their own role.
