If your Fresh account credentials are incorrect, you’ll see a message that says:
If resetting a password from the Forgot Password page, the email address is required.
Administrators have access to view all users and account email addresses. They can also delete active users or send invites for new accounts.
Administrators only - To view a list of all users, log into your Fresh Dashboard, and select Settings - Users on the left navigation bar.
Forgot your password but can access the account email address:
If the Fresh login window is still open, click on Forgot password? ‘We can help!’ (Or go directly to Forgot Password).
Enter the account email address.
Click ‘Request Reset.’
If the email address matches our records, a password reset email will be sent. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.
For your security, our support team cannot provide administrator email addresses.
If you cannot access the administrator account:
Please obtain the following and contact our support team at email@example.com.
A copy of the photo ID of the Fresh KDS account holder, as it appears in billing.
For your security, our support team cannot disclose the name or other identifying information of the account holder.
Once the account holder's identity is confirmed, our support team will add a new administrator (and email) to the account. The new administrator will have global permissions to manage and update information as necessary.
🔐 To prevent future security issues and account lockouts, Fresh recommends having at least two administrators when applicable.
