By default, Fresh KDS will display tickets in the order received, from oldest to newest.

Let’s say you need a new ticket on the fly. 💨

Once sent from your POS, you can move the ticket to the front of the queue using the Fresh KDS Action Button.


How to change the order of tickets:

Navigate to your Fresh KDS Home Screen.

  1. Tap to select the Three Dots - Action Button for the ticket you’d like to rearrange.

  2. Select where to move the ticket.

    • To Front - The ticket will move to the front of the queue.

    • Forward - The ticket will move one position up.

    • Backward - The ticket will move one position back.

    • To Back - The ticket will move to the back of the queue.
