If enrolled in our Advanced Tier, Fresh KDS supports simultaneously clearing orders on multiple KDS screens with Cross Screen Communication.
How to Clear Orders on Multiple Screens
Before you begin, please confirm both KDS screens are connected to the same WiFi network.
From the Fresh KDS App, navigate to Settings - Screen Communication.
Toggle On for Screen Communication.
Tap ‘Scan’ to search for your additional KDS screen. Once detected, it will appear as an available screen on the network.
Tap ‘Configure’ next to the intended screen.
Select the ‘Multi Clear’ Communication Option.
💡 Please note: By enabling this feature, when an order (or individual item) is cleared from this screen, it will also clear on the designated KDS screens configured on the network.
