Access billing and update payment information from your Fresh Dashboard.


To start, log into your Fresh Dashboard, and select ‘Billing & Subscriptions’ from the left navigation bar.

Fresh KDS subscriptions can bill to either the Company or Location.

  • Company Billing - Subscriptions are billed to the company billing account (master billing account).

  • Location Billing - Location Subscriptions are billed independently based on the location-specific payment details.


How To Update The Company Billing Account:

To start, log into your Fresh Dashboard, and select ‘Billing & Subscriptions’ from the left navigation bar.

  1. Click 'Update Billing Account.'

  2. Enter the subsequent billing details.

  3. Select 'Update.'


How To Update Location Billing:

To start, log into your Fresh Dashboard, and select ‘Billing & Subscriptions’ from the left navigation bar.

  1. Click 'Update Billing Account’ of the intended location.

  2. Enter the subsequent billing details.

  3. Select ‘Update.’
