To start, log into your Fresh Dashboard and select Settings - Roles.

  1. Click ‘Create Role.’

  2. Enter a Role Name.

  3. Choose a Role Level.
    Levels organize roles into a hierarchy on a scale of 1 -51 (administrator-employee). Users can only assign a role equal to or of less access than their own.

  4. Select the box of the enabled permissions.

  5. Click ‘Create.’

⚠️ Please note: Roles are solely used for the Fresh web application, these permissions do not transfer when accessing the Fresh KDS app on tablet devices.
