Although we’ll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your Fresh KDS subscription at any time from the website.

You cannot cancel directly from the mobile app and we cannot cancel your subscription for you.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account on and follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to "Billing and Subscription" in the left navigation menu, and scroll down to "Location Subscriptions & Billing Information"

  2. Expand the subscription you'd like to cancel by clicking the ">" icon

  3. Click "Cancel" and fill out the cancellation information.

Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current plan cycle.
